Why these essential oils?

Marjoram stimulates the nervous system

The Essential Oil of Marjoram is the essential element of your anti-depression nervous synergy. In particular, it has an action on the nervous system composed of the sympathetic nervous system and, its antagonist, the parasympathetic nervous system. The normal stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system allows to react to all the solicitations of the life.

Abnormal stimulation, either excessive or permanent, produces an imbalance that constitutes parasympathy. This can cause a nervous breakdown. The essential oil of Marjoram is parasympathicotonic, it will stimulate the sympathetic nervous system and fight against parasympathicotonia and thus against nervous breakdown. Calming and anxiolytic powerful, by its content of alcohols and monoterpenic esters, it will calm you and will help you to fight against the anxieties and the stress which can cause nervous breakdowns.

The antidepressant effects of Sweet Verbena

The Scented Verbena essential oil is rich in citrals, which give it a calming and sedative action on the central nervous system. It is a powerful antidepressant. It is effective in cases of sleep disorders that can contribute to the onset of a nervous breakdown. It is a key element of your anti-depression synergy because it will reinforce the calming action of the essential oil of Marjoram. Moreover, it is harmonizing endocrine: by its faculty to be hormon-like, it will act on the cortico adrenal axis which governs the production of hormones. Thus, it will regulate the secretion of thyroid and pancreatic hormones, and thus fight against hormonal imbalances which can cause nervous breakdowns.

It is particularly necessary in this synergy because it contains limonene. This monoterpene will allow the release of monoamines, neurotransmitters of the central nervous system involved in neuromodulation. Monoamines are involved in the regulation of mood and are in very low concentration in depressed people or suffering from mental disorders. The essential oil of sweet verbena, by stimulating the release of monoamines, will help fight against mental disorders such as nervous breakdown. It also has an antinociceptive action. It will inhibit the sensitivity to pain and thus fight against nervous breakdowns of endogenous origin.

The Petit Grain Bigarade and its neurotropic action

The Essential Oil of Petit Grain Bigarade is going to help you cope with a nervous breakdown thanks to its neurotropic action. It is rich in linalyl acetate, which will allow it to specifically reach the nervous system. Moreover, its high content of monoterpene alcohols makes it a powerful nervous rebalancer. It will help the nervous system to face repetitive stresses which can be at the origin of nervous breakdowns.

It is not only calming and sedative of the nervous system, but it is also a light antidepressant. It is particularly rich in linalool which has an antinociceptive action. It will thus, within this synergy, reinforce the action of the essential oil of Sweet Verbena by inhibiting also the sensitivity to the pain. Associated with essential oils of Marjoram and Sweet Verbena, the essential oil of Petit Grain Bigarade will help you get out of a depressive episode.
