Which essential oils in case of nervous and psychic disorders?

Baby blues

Restricted to adults, adolescents, and pregnant (over 3 months) and breastfeeding women. Twice a day, place 4 drops of the following mixture along the spine, 3 drops on the solar plexus, and 2 drops on the inside of the wrists:

  • 10 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
  • 10 drops of essential oil of Marjoram
  • 10 drops of essential oil of Petit Grain Bigarade
  • 10 drops of essential oil of Sweet Verbena
  • 160 drops (8mL) of Argan vegetable oil

As a precaution, make these applications after breastfeeding and let them rest for a while before approaching the baby.

Bath to sleep well

In a small empty container, mix :

  • 15 drops of Exotic Verbena essential oil.
  • 15 drops of Shell Marjoram essential oil.
  • 10 drops of essential oil of Frankincense.
  • 100 g of Epsom salt

Pour the whole mixture into the bathtub already filled with hot water (about 100L) and stir the water so that the salt dissolves and distributes properly. You can enjoy the bath for 20 minutes.

In a small empty container, mix :

  • 15 drops of Bigarade Petit Grain essential oil.
  • 15 drops of Bergamot essential oil without Bergapten.
  • 10 drops of Lavender Fine essential oil.
  • 100 g of Epsom salt

The essential oil of Roman Chamomile:

  • From 3 years and for adults. By skin, 3 drops of Roman Chamomile on the solar plexus when you feel the need.

Reserved for + 6 years. Apply 1 drop of the mixture in massage on the solar plexus and 1 drop on the inner side of the wrists. Renew the application 3 times a day until you find an emotional balance. In case of prolonged use (not more than 3 consecutive weeks) or for sensitive skin, dilute in a vegetable oil.

  • From 6 years and for adults. Orally, put 1 drop of pure Roman Chamomile under the tongue.

The essential oil of Neroli:

  • Reserved for 6+ years. By cutaneous way, 1 drop of essential oil of Neroli in 4 drops of vegetable oil to be applied on the internal face of the wrists and on the thorax, morning and evening. Take a one week break after three weeks of use.

From the same plant as Petit Grain Bigarade essential oil, but more subtle and of lower yield, Neroli essential oil remains very expensive... In case of depression, if you prefer a more economical alternative, the essential oil of Petit Grain Bigarade can be useful.

The essential oil of Black Spruce:

  • Reserved for adults and adolescents. By cutaneous way, 2 drops of Black Spruce in 8 drops of vegetable oil in application in the lower back at the level of the kidneys, 3 times a day. Take a one-week break after three weeks of use.
