How to make your own massage oil with essential oils?

To make your own massage oil, nothing could be easier. All you have to do is mix the right essential oils in the right vegetable oil, in the right proportions. The choice of the vegetable base is very subjective and will depend mainly on your preference, on the other hand the choice of essential oils will depend directly on the properties expected from this massage. Here are some examples of recipes that will get you started.

Relaxing and well-being massage

From 3 months of age. Massage the entire back with:

  • 15 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil.
  • 15 drops of True Lavender essential oil.
  • 60 drops of Burrage vegetable oil.
  • 3 tablespoons (i.e. 30 mL) of Apricot Kernel vegetable oil.

  • 25 drops of Scented Wintergreen essential oil.
